Dropping a token NA option on the menu is not the same as designing one. When a non-drinking guest sits down and the best you can offer is sparkling water or a Shirley Temple, you haven't served them — you've reminded them they don't belong. A thoughtful NA program fixes that. It also increases check averages, improves staff confidence, and gives your venue a story worth telling.
