Meet Scot Maitland
Scot Maitland is the founder of The Elevated Bear and creator of the proprietary ENAB methodology. After managing an event space in New York City, Scot saw firsthand how traditional events excluded non-drinkers—people in recovery, pregnant guests, religious observers, and anyone choosing sobriety. The Elevated Bear was born to solve this. Through sophisticated elevated non-alcoholic beverages and a proprietary 4-Pillar methodology, Scot helps teams and venues create experiences where everyone truly belongs.
